Circus

For Stephen's Birthday we got him Circus tickets:) It was our first time to it and super fun! Loved the tigers, they seemed to really enjoy themselves.

Labor Day Weekend Fun

Whew! It has been a busy weekend! Started off with Jack receiving his Arf Trooper costume in the mail that he worked so hard for! Doing chores: feeding dogs, eating ALL veggies, cleaning room every night for a week, (the veggies were the hardest part) he loves it and rarely takes it off:)

Then Annabelle opened her birthday package from pra-babi, she got an adorable little purple dress and both kids got gummi's! Yeahy! Their favorite!

Then we all worked hard on fixing a sprinkler line. It was very much a joint effort, with kids scooping dirt and sorting the rocks for us, too. (Jack's not naked, but I didn't want him to ruin his Arf Trooper costume)

Birthday Baby:)

Annabelle celebrated her 1st birthday in style:) Sporting a super cute Birthday Girl t-shirt thanks to Babi. We have a tradition in Poland that on a babies 1st birthday they choose a coin (symbolizing they will be rich), book (smart), champagne glass (love to party). Jack had, after careful examination of all 3 items, chosen the champagne glass (it's proving true- this time he wanted the quarter - he's learning) Annabelle went straight for the book. Very surprising as she doesn't usually like them.

We woke the birthday girl up bright and early, so excited to give her Jack's gift.

A bucket of her own! We had decorated it so she can put in and take out toys as well as go fishing in it!

Mom, all I want is my cake! She kept leaving the presents and asking for cake, so finally we decided we would start with cake. Food is not love, honey:)

Jack designed and helped me make the cake. (It's a green and red present cake, by the way)
